Discovery Channel is traveling to Blind Frog Ranch in eastern Utah this January for the forthcoming series Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch from Karga Seven Pictures, a Red Arrow Studios company.
The series will spotlight Duane Ollinger, owner of the supposedly cursed 160-acre ranch in the state’s Uintah Basin, an area notorious for paranormal sightings and other mysterious activity.
After discovering a system of seven underground caves that run through his property and unfazed by the lore, Ollinger sets his sights on re-discovering the Aztec treasures, caverns of gold and silver and lost Mormon mines scattered throughout.
He will be assisted by a team that includes his son, Chad Ollinger, friend and retired Sheriff’s Deputy, Charlie Snider, and geologist Eric Drummond.
Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch is scheduled to premiere Jan. 1 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Discovery Channel.
The series will also be made available three days later via its forthcoming streaming service, Discovery+, on Jan. 4. Karga Seven’s Sarah Wetherbee, Emre Sahin, Kelly McPherson, Jason Wolf and Patrick DeLuca serve as executive producers on the series.
For Discovery Channel, Carter Figueroa and Gretchen Morning are executive producers, with Olivia Ghersen listed as associate producer.
