Discovery is revealing another local version of its Say Yes to the Dress franchise in Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a new series located in Dubai.

Say Yes to the Dress: Dubai will be presented by Khalil Zein, a renowned Lebanese celebrity stylist. The show boasts a roster of 11 brides from nine nationalities, and features storylines with intercultural and interreligious couples. The Dubai-based series marks the 10th adaptation of the franchise in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

“It’s a dream come true hosting this fantastic series and helping all these lovely brides to prepare for their special day and find their dream wedding dress,” Zein said in a news release. “We had diverse brides, ranging in age from 23 to 42, with differing budgets from $600 to $14,000, which made this one of the greatest challenges in my career so far. Viewers will see a lot of fun, tears, love, mothers-in-law, opinions and happiness.”

The franchise was first created in 2007, and has since spun off multiple iterations from its original format, including regional and international versions in the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Spain and Poland.

The new series will be available on Discovery+ globally, and later on TLC channels across Europe and South Africa. The series is produced by Different Productions and filmed at Hazar Haute Couture in Dubai, an exclusive bridal boutique.
